WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Saturday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉Coordinate M&E subcontractors, consultants and internal site teams
👉Review M&E drawings, material submissions and method statements
👉Monitor M&E installation progress, workmanship and quality
👉Resolve technical issues and site coordination conflicts
👉Arrange inspections, testing and commissioning
👉Ensure all M&E works comply with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules and safety requirements
👉Prepare, complete and submit M&E-related forms and documents to the relevant government authorities
👉Coordinate and liaise with LTA, PUB, Town Councils, consultants and other relevant authorities
👉Follow up on authority submissions, inspections, approvals and site requirements
👉Take a hands-on approach to site coordination and ensure smooth project execution
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant Singapore construction experience is compulsory
Strong M&E knowledge and experience working under a Main Contractor
Must have experience dealing directly with LTA, PUB, Town Councils and consultants
Good understanding of M&E drawings, installation, testing and commissioning
Must be capable of preparing and submitting the required M&E forms to relevant government authorities
Strong site coordination, technical problem-solving and communication skills
Must be practical, proactive and hands-on at the construction site
