Job Responsibilities
👉Design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure for advanced marine automation and vessel control systems.
👉Manage the complete lifecycle of high-frequency operational data, including:
👉Data acquisition
Data transmission
Data storage
Data processing
Data analytics
Data visualization
👉Support advanced marine automation products, including:
👉Dynamic Positioning (DP) Systems
Automated Mooring Winch Systems
Vessel Control & Monitoring Systems
👉Develop real-time monitoring solutions to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
👉Build data-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, remote diagnostics, and intelligent vessel operations.
👉Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize industrial data pipelines and automation systems.
👉Perform other duties assigned by the employer.
Requirements
✨Bachelor’s Degree or above in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
✨Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:
✨Data Engineering
Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)
Industrial Automation
✨Hands-on experience in real-time data acquisition, processing, analytics, and industrial data pipeline development.
✨Experience in the maritime, offshore, energy, or industrial automation industries is an advantage.
✨Strong knowledge of industrial data systems and real-time operational data management.
✨Able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment.
✨Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✨Ideal Candidate
Experienced Data Engineer with a background in industrial automation or IIoT.
✨Familiar with marine automation systems and real-time operational data platforms.
✨Passionate about developing intelligent, data-driven solutions for the maritime industry.
