JOB POSITION: Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator
PROJECT: HDB
HDB PROJECT EXPERIENCE: MANDATORY
AUTO CAD: Must be able to use AutoCAD
SALARY: SGD $4,000 – $5,000 Decided In Interview (Based on experience)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉Coordinate M&E works with architectural, structural and civil works
👉 Review and coordinate M&E shop drawings and approved construction drawings
👉 Monitor M&E installation works and ensure compliance with project specifications
👉 Coordinate M&E subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams
👉 Identify and resolve M&E clashes and site coordination issues
👉 Follow up on material submissions, approvals and deliveries
👉Coordinate testing and commissioning of M&E systems
👉 Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality and workmanship
👉 Monitor M&E progress and provide updates to the Project Manager
👉 Coordinate as-built drawings, documentation, defect rectification and final handover
JOB POSITION: Architectural Coordinator
PROJECT: HDB
HDB PROJECT EXPERIENCE:MANDATORY
AUTO CAD: Must be able to use AutoCAD
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Previous Singapore HDB project experience – MANDATORY
✨ Strong architectural coordination experience
✨ Must be able to use AutoCAD
✨ Able to read and understand architectural/construction drawings
✨ Experience coordinating with M&E, structural and civil teams
✨ Able to coordinate subcontractors, consultants and site teams
✨ Good communication and site coordination skills
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
👉 SINGAPORE HDB PROJECT EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
👉Candidates without HDB project experience will NOT BE CONSIDERED
👉 AutoCAD knowledge is required for BOTH POSITIONS
