WORKING HOURS: 12-Hour Shifts
Day Shift:7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Night Shift:7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
WORKING DAYS:4–5 Days Per Week
OFF DAYS:2 Days Per Week
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉Follow production schedules, including machine start-ups, shutdowns and changeovers.
👉Monitor machine settings such as temperature, pressure and curing time.
👉Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.
👉Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process.
👉Identify product defects and report issues to the Assistant Shift Supervisor.
👉Assist operators in troubleshooting machine problems.
👉Ensure correct handling and feeding of raw materials into machines.
👉Ensure finished products meet required quality standards.
👉Inspect and separate defective materials.
👉Complete assigned tasks on time under the Manager’s guidance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Able to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Physically fit and able to lift items weighing up to 20 kg.
Able to follow production instructions and maintain quality standards.
