Job Responsibilities
👉Supervise and coordinate daily work of ICA technicians and subcontractors.
👉Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
👉Lead troubleshooting and fault-finding for:
Instrumentation Systems
PLC
SCADA
DCS
Industrial Control Systems
👉Ensure proper calibration, testing, and maintenance of field instruments.
👉Review technical drawings, P&IDs, control schematics, and instrumentation documents.
👉Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
👉Support installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
👉Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
👉Prepare maintenance reports, work schedules, and technical documentation.
👉Drive continuous improvement to improve plant reliability and operational performance.
Job Requirements
✨Diploma or Degree in:
Instrumentation & Control
Electrical Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Automation
Mechatronics
Related Engineering Disciplines
✨Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
✨At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
✨ Strong knowledge of:
Instrumentation Maintenance
PLC
SCADA
DCS
Industrial Automation Systems
✨Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✨ Good leadership, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
✨Able to supervise and manage a multicultural workforce.
✨Experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment projects is an advantage but not compulsory.
