JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉Must have proven Singapore construction industry experience as a Project Manager.
👉Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
👉Fluent in English with good communication and leadership skills.
👉Proficient in reading, reviewing and interpreting construction drawings.
👉Able to identify technical issues in drawings and provide prompt solutions.
👉Strong knowledge of site management, construction coordination and safety regulations.
👉Capable of leading and supervising construction teams to achieve project targets.
👉Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining required quality and productivity standards.
👉Able to coordinate effectively with site teams and maintain a productive working environment.
👉Responsible, disciplined and practical approach to work.
👉Must be willing to follow company management instructions.
