Basic Salary: Around SGD 2,500 (depending on experience)
Estimated Monthly Salary: SGD 2,500–3,000

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:
👉Male or Female, below 40 years old
👉Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Civil Draftsman in the aluminium façade or construction industry
👉Strong experience preparing detailed drawings for:
✨Aluminium profiles
Aluminium cladding
Curtain wall systems
✨Aluminium doors and windows
✨Proficient in AutoCAD
✨Able to prepare accurate:
Shop drawings
Fabrication drawings
✨Assembly drawings
Installation drawings
Technical drawings
✨Good command of spoken and written English
✨Able to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural drawings, technical drawings, and project specifications
✨Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
✨Experience in aluminium façade, curtain wall, building envelope, or exterior construction projects is highly prefer
✨Previous experience on Singapore or overseas aluminium façade projects is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
👉Prepare detailed AutoCAD shop drawings for aluminium façade and curtain wall systems.
👉Draft aluminium profiles, aluminium cladding panels, curtain wall systems, aluminium doors, windows, and related components.
👉Produce fabrication, assembly, and installation drawings for manufacturing and site execution.
👉Revise drawings based on project requirements, consultant comments, and client instructions.
👉Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, production teams, and site personnel to ensure drawing accuracy and timely submission.
👉Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, construction standards, and client requirements.
👉Update drawings based on site measurements, design revisions, and as-built conditions.
👉Maintain proper drawing revisions, document control, and technical records throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate
👉We are seeking an experienced Civil Draftsman with a strong background in aluminium façade systems who can independently produce high-quality AutoCAD drawings.
👉The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in aluminium cladding, curtain wall systems, aluminium doors and windows, fabrication drawings, construction detailing, and installation drawings.
👉Candidates with previous experience on Singapore or international aluminium façade projects will be given preference.
