Singapore Wanted: S Pass

Job: Quantity Surveyor (QS)(Must Have Singapore Experience)

Industry: Construction / Interior Fit-out

Gender: Open

Age: Below 40 years

Salary SGD 3,000 – 4,000/month (based on experience)

Working Hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Rest Days 5 days per month + Public Holidays

Requirements

Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) in the Singapore construction or interior fit-out industry

Good command of spoken, written, and reading English

Strong numerical accuracy, cost analysis, and negotiation skills

Able to independently manage the full project costing process

Job Responsibilities

Measure and quantify works from construction drawings

Prepare project budgets, quotations, and tender submissions

Source and compare quotations from material suppliers and subcontractors

Monitor and control project costs to ensure they remain within budget

Handle variation orders (VOs) and verify monthly progress claims

Audit subcontractor invoices and prepare final project accounts

Compile contracts, quotations, cost reports, and related documentation

Conduct site visits to verify actual work quantities

Liaise with project managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on cost-related matters
