✨Experience in construction quantity surveying is essential

✨Singapore experience is preferred
✨Must be able to communicate in English
✨Experience with a main contractor is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
👉Review construction drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
👉Review maintenance costs, material costs and contracts
👉Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors and subcontractors
👉Prepare reports, contracts, budgets and risk assessments
👉Advise management and clients on improvement plans and strategies
👉Order construction materials
👉Record design changes and update project budgets
👉Mainly office-based, with occasional meetings/site visits
Benefits:
✨After probation, sick leave according to MOM regulations
✨Annual leave starts at 10 days, increasing by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 14 days
