Singapore Wanted: S Pass

Job Position: ACMV Project Engineer

Salary: SGD $3,300–$3,800/month

Job Responsibilities
👉Perform ACMV/HVAC design calculations, including cooling load, equipment selection, duct and pipe sizing, ventilation, and static pressure calculations.

👉Prepare and review construction, shop, coordination, and as-built drawings, method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions.

👉Ensure all works comply with project specifications and applicable Singapore codes and standards.

👉Oversee ACMV/M&E installation, testing, and commissioning works on site.

👉Coordinate ACMV works with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other M&E services.

👉Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, work programmes, and site progress.

👉Review project requirements, specifications, equipment selections, and technical proposals.

👉Conduct technical studies and prepare BOQ, material take-offs, quotations, and cost estimates when required.

👉Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues.

👉Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for equipment/material submissions, approvals, procurement, and delivery.

👉Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

👉Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to achieve required workmanship, productivity, quality, and project targets.

👉Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover of ACMV systems.

👉Assist the Project Manager with progress claims, variation orders, material submissions, and completed work quantities.

👉Prepare project progress reports and maintain proper technical/project documentation.

👉Ensure compliance with Singapore ACMV standards, workplace safety requirements, and project specifications.

👉Perform other duties as assigned by management.
