Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Requirements
Male, below 40 years old
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline from a recognized university
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Engineer in Singapore
Experience in commercial renovation/interior fit-out projects such as:
MRT stations
Shopping malls
Offices
Restaurants
Retail outlets
Subway restaurant fit-out/renovation
Able to prepare project budgets and cost estimates
Willing to work and be stationed at construction sites
Good English communication skills
Able to perform site surveying, measurements, quantity take-offs, and interpret construction drawings
Hardworking, responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow employer’s instructions
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with at least 3 years of Singapore experience as a Field Engineer in commercial interior renovation or fit-out projects will be given priority.
Experience in Subway restaurant fit-out/decoration is considered relevant, provided the candidate also has a minimum of 3 years of Singapore Field Engineer experience.
Note: Experience in Subway commercial decoration alone is not sufficient unless the candidate has 3 years of Field Engineer experience in Singapore. If the employer is willing to consider overseas Field Engineer experience with Subway fit-out projects instead, the job requirements should be revised accordingly.
