👉Candidates with Singapore Quantity Surveying (QS) experience will be given preference.

👉Proficient in AutoCAD (CAD drafting).
👉Able to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents.
👉Good understanding of construction drawings and project specifications.
👉Strong communication and coordination skills.
👉Final salary will be determined based on the interview and experience.
Job Scope:
✨Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).
✨Prepare quotations, tenders, and project cost reports.
✨Review drawings and specifications for cost planning.
✨Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
✨Monitor project costs and variations.
✨Assist with contract administration and project documentation.
